伊河陆浑水库自1965年建成之后,由于存在洪水标准偏低、西坝头渗漏以及坝基渗沆稳定问题,始终未按设计水位正常运用,被列为重点险库之一。随着第一期加固工程的完成,水库洪水标准偏低及西坝头渗漏问题已基本得到解决。1987年以来,又通过原型观测、科学试验对坝基渗流稳定性进一步进行了研究,并约请有关专家于1990年3月在陆浑水库管理处召开了“陆浑水库坝基渗流问题鉴定会”。会议认为:目前大坝的运行状态是正常的,在缓慢蓄水过程中,截水槽原施工中存在的薄弱地带可以得到渗透加固,水库今后有条件逐步抬高水位运用。这里选登了有关渗透稳定安全评价的部分文章,供类似工程参考。
Since its establishment in 1965, the Luhe muddy bank of Yihe River has been listed as one of the key risk stores due to the low standard of flood, the seepage of Xibaotou and the stability of infiltration of dam foundation. With the completion of the first phase of reinforcement project, the problem of low reservoir flood level and seepage of Xiba Head has been basically solved. Since 1987, the stability of seepage through the dam foundation has been further studied through prototype observation and scientific experiments. The experts concerned were invited to hold the appraisal meeting of the seepage problem of the dam foundation of Lu Hun Reservoir in March, 1990 at Lu Hun Reservoir Management Office. The meeting held: At present, the operation status of the dam is normal. During the process of slow water storage, the weak areas existing in the construction of the cutoff canal can be infiltrated and strengthened, and the reservoir will be gradually raised in the future to use the water level.
