2G网络运营商既要保持其原有网络的覆盖及用户优势,又要引入3G技术,这必然会产生两种系统的相互影响。目前在2G覆盖质量良好的情况下,没有必要将正在2G系统中进行的通话通过系统间的切换转移到3G系统。在3G建设初期,3G用户应主要优先选择3G网络,并一直保持在3G网络。分析了2/3G网络存在的问题及优化方法,提出了2/3G网络优化的方案,通过对2/3G(第2代/第3代移动通信)互操作性能策略的优化分析,达到最大限度利用现有网络,提升用户满意度的目的。
