[目的]建立兴安白头翁HPLC指纹图谱并进行化学模式识别.[方法]采用HPLC法构建10个不同产地兴安白头翁的指纹图谱,将供试品色谱图数据导入国家药典委员会提供的中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统2004A版软件中,建立共有模式并进行相似度分析.[结果]根据匹配的数据确定了11个共有峰,共有峰的相对保留时间RSD低于1%.[结论]10个不同产地的兴安白头翁HPLC指纹图谱相似度、特征性及专属性均较高.
[Objective] The research aimed to establish HPLC fingerprinting of Pulsatilla chinense and make chemical pattern recognition. [Method] The fingerprint of Pulsatilla in 10 different habitats was constructed by HPLC method. The chromatographic data of the tested products were imported into the Chinese Pharmacopoeia Commission [Results] According to the matched data, 11 common peaks were determined, and the relative retention time (RSD) of common peaks was less than 1%. [Conclusion] The results of 10 common areas Xing’an Pulsatilla HPLC Fingerprint similarity, specificity and specificity are higher.
