经济学家萧灼基先生是我国最早倡导实施破产和兼并的著名学者之一.在立法机构就《企业破产法》草案激烈辩论、新闻媒体议论风生的时候,萧先生和厉以宁、刘方棫先生在《人民日报》上著文力陈中国实施《破产法》之必要,“北大三教授,支持《破产法》”成为经济界和舆论界一时之美谈.时光荏苒,八年后萧先生在日前于上海召开的“企业兼并与破产实务研讨会”上,再次就新形势下实施破产、兼并以及产权制度改革等一系列问题发表了自己的看法. At the “Seminar on Corporate Mergers and Bankruptcy Practice”, it once again expressed its own views on a series of issues such as the implementation of bankruptcy, mergers and the reform of the property rights system in the new situation.
