To improve the diagnosis and treatment of hepatic encephalopathy in patients with liver disease, we retrospectively analyzed the pathology and clinical features of 43 patients with concurrent hepatic encephalopathy. The results are reported as follows. 1 Clinical data and results 1.1 General Situation 43 cases of male 30 cases, 13 females. Age 22 ~ 57 years old, average 37.6 years old. According to the diagnosis standard of Shanghai National Hepatitis Conference in 1990, there were 12 cases of acute subacute severe hepatitis in 43 cases,
