目的 确定肾综合征出血热病毒 (HFRSV)在螨体内的定位。方法 用原位RT PCR技术检测HFRSV在螨体内的分布。结果 HFRSV多见于革螨及恙螨的卵巢卵细胞、中肠及中肠支囊上皮细胞的细胞核周围 ,呈弥散分布 ,前体组织细胞少见 ,其他组织细胞未见。革螨子 4代、子 3代和恙螨若虫阳性颗粒多于革螨子 2代、子 1代和恙螨幼虫。结论 从分子生物学水平进一步证明革螨及恙螨可作为肾综合征出血热的传播媒介
Objective To determine the localization of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome virus (HFRSV) in mites. Methods In situ RT-PCR was used to detect the distribution of HFRSV in mites. Results HFRSV more common in leather mites and chigger ovarian egg cells, midgut and midgut epithelial cells surrounding the nucleus, showing a diffuse distribution of precursor cells is rare, no other tissue cells. Mite mite 4 generations, 3 generations and chigger nymphs positive particles more than leather mite 2 generations, 1 generation and chigger mite larvae. Conclusion It is further demonstrated from the molecular biology that leather mites and chiggers can be used as a transmission medium for hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome
