全人教育观是各级各类教育活动均需要遵从的一种教育理念,高校图书馆读者教育培训中有必要引入全人教育理念。笔者在分析高校图书馆读者教育培训与全人教育的内涵的基础上,构建了高校图书馆读者教育培训中全人教育整体发展架构,该架构强调读者教育培训和全人教育系统之间的内在联系,并从读者教育培训的指导思想、改变读者教育培训的传统教育方式、融入多元化教育等方面着手,建设高校图书馆读者教育培训中全人教育实现机制。
The concept of holistic education is an educational concept that all kinds of educational activities at all levels need to comply with. It is necessary to introduce the concept of holistic education in the education and training of university library readers. Based on the analysis of the connotation of reader education and training and the whole-person education in university library, the author constructs the overall development framework of holistic education in the education and training of university library readers. This framework emphasizes the inner relationship between readers education and training and holistic education system And from the guiding ideology of readers education and training, to change the traditional education methods of reader education and training, to integrate diversified education, and to build the mechanism of the whole-person education in the education and training of university library readers.
