p27蛋白是周期蛋白依赖性激酶抑制剂家族的一员,通过抑制周期蛋白-周期蛋白依赖性激酶(cyclin-CDK)复合物活性对细胞周期进行负性调节,使细胞周期停滞在G1期。p27基因表达异常与多种恶性肿瘤的发生发展及预后有关。在p27基因发挥作用过程中,有众多的因素参与调控。本文简要介绍p27基因的结构与功能、表达调控以及与恶性肿瘤关系的研究进展。
The p27 protein is a member of the cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor family that regulates the cell cycle by inhibiting the cyclin-CDK complex negatively and reversing the cell cycle arrest in the G1 phase. The abnormal expression of p27 gene is related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of various malignant tumors. In the p27 gene play a role in the process, there are many factors involved in regulation. This article briefly describes the structure and function of p27 gene, regulation of expression and the relationship between malignant and tumor progression.
