为了探讨圆锥滚子轴承保持架能否取消车边工序,使在冲压成形后其高度能直接达到产品图纸的要求,我们对意大利的0216410轴承保持架进行了分析研究,从中得到了不需进行车边工序的启发。我们首先对7208型轴承保持架的切料、成形模进行了改进设计。经过试验和15000多件的生产实践,取得了较为满意的结果。 在此基础上,我们又对977909、7815、7215等轴承保持架进行了不车边工艺验证并投入了成批生产实践,结果是均能达到产品图纸要求。因此,我们初步认为:凡拉伸系数 m=D′/D′y≥0.7的筐形保持架可以实现一次切料成形后不车边。下面分三个问题进行介绍:
