频域分析与自相关系数分析表明:两大区互联系统交流联络线的随机功率波动中存在较为突出的周期在110s左右的分量。文中建立了反映实际自动发电控制(AGC)系统运行原理的机理模型,通过模拟互联系统联络线功率控制过程,一方面通过仿真结果分析揭示了该分量明显偏大的原因,另一方面全面深入认识了AGC系统对联络线功率波动的作用与影响。在此基础上,提出了通过AGC控制参数优化提高交流联络线功率控制效果的措施———调整区域控制偏差(ACE)滤波时间常数和减小控制延时,并对此进行了仿真验证。研究成果有利于提高大区互联系统联络线功率控制水平。
Frequency domain analysis and autocorrelation coefficient analysis show that there is a prominent component with a period of about 110s in the random power fluctuations in the communication link of the two regions. In this paper, a mechanism model reflecting the operation principle of AGC system is established. By simulating the power control process of interconnection line of interconnected system, on one hand, the reason why the component is obviously large is revealed through the simulation results analysis; on the other hand, Effect and Influence of AGC System on Contact Line Power Fluctuation. On this basis, the measures to improve the power control effect of AC tie line through the AGC control parameters optimization are put forward. That is to adjust the ACE filter time constant and reduce the control delay, and the simulation is validated. The research results are helpful to improve the power control level of interconnection lines in the regional interconnection system.
