本文对15MnVN_q(C、B)钢对接接头含裂纹冷弯试件进行了扫描电子显微镜断口、微区化学成分分析试验,金相检验,残余氢测定、去氢处理等相关试验,探讨了冷弯试件中裂纹形成的原因,提出15MnVN_q(C、B)钢对接接头冷弯试件表面裂纹形成的内在因素是母材中条(片)状夹杂物的存在,外部因素是由各种原因所引起的氢在夹杂物周围的富集;该类裂纹性质属内部氢脆,并可望对钢材的冶炼工艺进一步改善后减少夹杂物数量和改变夹杂物形状而避免。
In this paper, the related experiments of 15MnVN_q (C, B) steel butt-jointed specimens with cracked cold-formed specimens were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, residual hydrogen measurement and dehydrogenation treatment. The reason for the formation of cracks in the test piece is that the internal factor of surface crack formation in the cold-formed test piece of 15MnVN_q (C, B) steel butt joint is the existence of strip-like inclusions in the base metal. The external factors are caused by various reasons Hydrogen caused in the inclusions around the enrichment; the nature of such cracks are internal hydrogen embrittlement, and is expected to further improve the smelting process of steel to reduce the number of inclusions and change the shape of inclusions to avoid.
