我院自1971～1987年共收治19例年龄≤40岁的子宫内膜癌患者,兹报告如下。临床资料我院1971～1987年共收治子宫内膜癌229例,40岁以下的患者19例,占8.3%。一、年龄:本组年龄最小28岁,最大40岁,平均年龄36.4岁,其中≤30岁2例,31～35岁5例,36～40岁12例。二、孕产史:有孕产史者14例,原发性不孕5例,继发性不孕2例。三、肥胖、高血压、糖尿病:仅3例罹患高血压。四、症状:主诉不规则阴道流血16例。时间最长2年,最短3月,月经紊乱3例,月经增多
