培福新(即甲氟哌酸)作为第三代喹诺酮类抗菌药物,已广泛应用于临床。1997年5月～10月,我们应用培福新(由法国罗纳普郎克公司生产)治疗老年人下呼吸道感染58例,收到了满意的治疗效果,现总结报道如下。 1 资料和方法 1.1 临床资料:58例中男45例,女13例,年龄60～84岁,平均65.8岁,全部为住院患者,其中COPD急性发作期25例,肺心病右心衰并肺部感染7例,肺炎5例,脑卒中后坠积性肺炎8例,肺癌并阻塞性肺炎6例,支气管扩张并感染2例,哮喘并感染2例,急性支气管炎3例。其中23例曾用过β-内酰胺类抗生素治疗。58例中32例作了痰细菌培养。
Pefu new (ie mefloxacin) as the third generation quinolone antibacterial drugs, has been widely used in clinical. From May to October 1997, 58 cases of lower respiratory tract infection in the elderly were treated with Peifuxin (manufactured by the French company Rhone Plc) and satisfactory treatment effects were received. The report is summarized as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data: 58 cases of 45 males and 13 females, aged 60 to 84 years, mean 65.8 years, all hospitalized patients, including 25 cases of acute exacerbation of COPD, pulmonary heart disease, right heart failure and pulmonary 7 cases of infection, 5 cases of pneumonia, 8 cases of hypostatic pneumonia after stroke, 6 cases of lung cancer with obstructive pneumonia, 2 cases of bronchiectasis and infection, 2 cases of asthma infection and 3 cases of acute bronchitis. Of these, 23 have been treated with β-lactam antibiotics. Thirty-eight cases were sputum culture.
