目的 探讨药物化疗与激光血管内照射联合治疗中晚期肺癌的疗效。方法 治疗组采用 5 -氟尿嘧啶、丝裂霉素、阿霉素三种药物治疗及低能量氦 -氖激光血管内照射治疗仪。将光导纤维针插入上肢肘正中静脉或重要静脉内进行照射 ,联合治疗 1个月为 1周期。对照组仅用药物治疗 ,药物、剂量、方法和疗程与治疗组相同。结果 治疗组总有效率为 40 1% ,对照组总有效率为16 5 % ,二者比较差异有显著性 (χ2 =4.0 2 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 激光血管内照射与药物化疗联合治疗中晚期肺癌能提高恶性肿瘤病人红细胞免疫功能 ,降低了化疗药物的毒性反应
Objective To investigate the efficacy of chemotherapy combined with intravascular laser irradiation in the treatment of advanced lung cancer. Methods The treatment group was treated with 5-fluorouracil, mitomycin, adriamycin and low-energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation instrument. The fiberoptic needles were inserted into the midline of the upper limbs, elbow veins, or important veins for irradiation. The combination therapy for 1 month was 1 cycle. The control group was treated with drugs only, and the drugs, doses, methods, and courses of treatment were the same as those in the treatment group. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 40 1%, and the total effective rate in the control group was 165%. There was a significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 4.02, P < 0.05). Conclusion Laser intravascular irradiation combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced lung cancer can improve the red cell immune function of patients with malignant tumors and reduce the toxicity of chemotherapy drugs.
