目的:探讨计算机三维塑形钛网在眶壁缺损修复中的临床效果。方法:对10例眶壁骨折缺损的患者术前均行螺旋CT扫描,获取DICOM数据,利用Materialise 3-matic软件进行三维重建,打印出三维头颅模型,设计出与患者眶壁缺损部位完全吻合的塑形钛网。结果:术后所有病例均成功实现了眶壁重建,无严重并发症发生,眼眶容积恢复良好,临床效果好。结论:应用计算机三维塑形钛网修复眶壁骨折及缺损具有吻合精度高,术中无需塑形,缩短了手术时间,具有较高的临床应用价值。“,”Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of the 3D computer reshaping titanium mesh in repairing or-bital wall defect. Method:Preoperatively,ten patients with orbital fracture and defects received CT scanning and got DICOM data,then imported these data into the Materialise3-matic software to reconstruct the three-dimensional skull model.To print the three-dimensional skull model and design repairing titanium mesh coinciding exactly with the orbital wall defect sites. Result:Postoperatively,all the orbital wall reconstruction reconstruction was successfully performed in all cases without seri-ous complications. The recovery of orbital capacity was well. It had better clinical effects. Conclusion:The application of 3D computer reshaping titanium mesh tallied precisely and needed no intra-operative reshaping. It could short the operative time and had higher clinical values.
