我国在三十年代水泥工业方面就开始利用风力输送物料,近年来它在机械制造、石油化工、粮食等部门也得到广泛的使用。但是采用风力来输送0~10mm粒状生石灰,国内尚未见到。所以我们在做马钢第一烧结厂风力输送设计以前,会同马钢钢研所和第一烧结厂进行了风力输送粒状生石灰的工业性试验,并取得主要参数。设计是在1977年进行的,并于1982年3月12日建成投产。经过一年多的生产实践,证明用风力输送粒状生石灰是可行的,效果较好。 1. 风力输送的特点 1) 输送的物料是散状的,不需包装。
In the 1930s, China started to use wind power to transport materials. In recent years, it has also been widely used in machinery manufacturing, petrochemicals and grain sectors. But the use of wind to transport 0 ~ 10mm granular quicklime, not yet seen. Therefore, before we did the design of the wind power transmission plant at Masteel No.1 Sintering Plant, we carried out industrial tests on the pneumatic conveying of granular quicklime with the Masteel Steel Research Institute and the First Sintering Plant and obtained the main parameters. The design was carried out in 1977 and was put into operation on March 12, 1982. After more than one year’s production practice, it has been proved that it is feasible to deliver granular quicklime by wind, and the effect is better. 1.
