本文介绍用Ｂ超引导，经皮肾穿刺并注入无水酒精的方法治疗１４例肾囊肿，全部成功，无一例出现并发症。此方法与手术切除相比，具有安全、准确、简单、创伤小、病人无痛苦，恢复快、无并发症，可反复进行穿刺，囊肿复发率低等特点，有较大的临床实用价值。
This article describes the use of B-guided, percutaneous renal puncture and injection of anhydrous alcohol in the treatment of 14 cases of renal cysts, all successful, no case of complications. Compared with the surgical resection, this method is safe, accurate, simple, small trauma, patient painless, fast recovery, no complications, repeated puncture, low recurrence rate of cysts, etc., which has great clinical practical value.
