目的:研究静磁场不同的加载时间和温度是否对牛蛙坐骨神经电生理特性产生影响。方法:分离牛蛙的坐骨神经,对其进行实时体外加载。通过BL-420F生物机能实验系统,观察不同的加载时间(加载前、加载中30 min、1h、6 h、加载后)和不同温度下(10℃、25℃及37℃)神经兴奋性和传导性的变化。结果:不同静磁场加载组不同加载时间之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两实验组不同温度之间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:12.5 mT和125 mT的静磁场加载过程中和加载后,其兴奋性下降,与加载时间长短无关。不同温度条件下,12.5 mT和125 mT的静磁场对牛蛙坐骨神经的兴奋性和传导性的影响作用是不同的,在37℃时,神经组织的兴奋性明显下降。
Objective: To study whether different loading time and temperature of static magnetic field affect the electrophysiological characteristics of sciatic nerve of bullfrog. Methods: The sciatic nerve of bullfrog was isolated and loaded in real time in vitro. The nerve excitability and conduction at different temperatures (10 ℃, 25 ℃ and 37 ℃) were observed by BL-420F bio-functional experimental system at different loading times (before loading, 30 min, 1 h, 6 h after loading) Sexual changes. Results: There was no significant difference in loading time between different static magnetic field loading groups (P> 0.05). There was a significant difference between the two experimental groups (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The excitability decreases during and after loading of static magnetic fields of 12.5 mT and 125 mT, regardless of the loading time. Under different temperatures, the effects of static magnetic field of 12.5 mT and 125 mT on the excitability and conductivity of the sciatic nerve of the frog are different. The excitability of the nerve tissue is obviously decreased at 37 ℃.
