目的:研究制定适合疗养期间高性能战斗机飞行员进行专项下体负压和体能训练方案。方法:24名健康男性随机分为3组。体育锻炼组连续2周进行力量锻炼;下体负压锻炼组利用倾斜床进行下体负压锻炼。联合锻炼组每天以上述两种不同的锻炼方式进行复合锻炼。锻炼前后进行运动耐力及体能测试。结果:体育锻炼联合下体负压锻炼组锻炼10 d后PWC170/kg、最大耗氧量显著提高,肌肉爆发力及静肌力指标较锻炼前显著提高(P<0.05);单纯体育锻炼组平板卧推、负重蹲起、30 m冲刺跑、15 m蛙跳成绩较锻炼前显著提高(P<0.05),单纯下体负压组仅平板卧推及15 m蛙跳成绩较锻炼前显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:体育锻炼联合下体负压锻炼10 d后可明显提高受试者运动耐力及下肢、腰腹肌肉爆发力及静肌力。
OBJECTIVE: To study and formulate a program of special lower body negative pressure and physical training for high performance fighter pilots who are suitable for recuperation. Methods: Twenty-four healthy men were randomly divided into three groups. The physical exercise group exercised for two weeks in a row, and the lower body negative pressure exercising group used the inclined bed for the lower body negative pressure exercise. Joint exercise group daily exercise in the above two different ways for complex exercise. Exercise endurance and physical fitness test before and after exercise. Results: PWC170 / kg significantly increased PWC170 / kg after 10 days of exercise and the muscle burst strength and muscle strength index were significantly higher than those before exercise (P <0.05); exercise alone group flat bench press (P <0.05). The results of flat bench press and 15 m leapfrog were significantly higher than those before exercise in the negative pressure group (P <0.05) ). Conclusion: After exercise for 10 days, the exercise tolerance combined with the lower body can significantly improve the exercise endurance and the muscle strength and muscle strength of the lower extremities and abdomen.
