单纯舒张期高血压(isolated diastolic hypertension,IDH)是指收缩压<140mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.133kPa),舒张压≥90mm Hg的高血压类型。也有部分学者将舒张压优势的混合型高血压(predominantly diastolic hypertension,PDH,收缩压≥140 mm Hg,舒张压≥90mm Hg,脉压<45mm Hg)归为PDH-IDH[1-2]。既往研究认为IDH预后较好[3-4],但近年来研究显示,IDH是脑卒中和其他心血管疾病(cardiovascular disease,CVD)的危险因子,因增加心脑血管事件风险而 Isolated diastolic hypertension (IDH) refers to the type of hypertension with systolic blood pressure <140 mm Hg (1 mm Hg = 0.133 kPa) and diastolic blood pressure> 90 mm Hg.
