目的研究含氯消毒剂和过氧乙酸对内镜部件和金属的腐蚀性,为内镜消毒剂的选择提供参考。方法采用称重法和目测法,观察一种络合氯消毒剂对内镜部件和金属片的腐蚀性,并用过氧乙酸作平行比较。结果该络合氯消毒剂和过氧乙酸消毒剂使用液对手柄连接部、按钮、导光缆密封圈、弯曲橡皮、导光缆插入部、手柄、塑料管和插入管外套的失重值无明显差别。有效氯4 000 mg/L的该络合氯消毒剂对不锈钢、碳钢和铜为基本无腐蚀性,对铝具轻度腐蚀性;含量为2 643 mg/L某过氧乙酸消毒剂对不锈钢、碳钢基本无腐蚀,对铝、铜分别具轻度和重度腐蚀性。结论该络合氯消毒剂对内镜部件和四种金属片腐蚀性均比较低,其对金属的腐蚀性明显低于过氧乙酸消毒剂。
Objective To study the corrosive effect of chlorinated disinfectants and peracetic acid on endoscopic components and metal, and provide references for the selection of endoscopic disinfectants. Methods Weighing method and visual method were used to observe the corrosiveness of a complexing chlorine disinfectant to the endoscope and the metal plate. The peracetic acid was used for parallel comparison. Results There was no significant difference in the values of weight loss between the use of this combination of chlorinated disinfectant and peracetic acid disinfectant for handle connections, buttons, cable gland, flexing rubber, cable entry, handle, plastic pipe and insert tube. Chlorine 4 000 mg / L available Chlorine disinfectant is basically non-corrosive to stainless steel, carbon steel and copper and lightly corrosive to aluminum; 2 355 mg / L peracetic acid disinfectant to stainless steel , Carbon steel is basically non-corrosive, aluminum and copper were mild and severe corrosive. Conclusion The complex chlorine disinfectant has low corrosiveness to the endoscope and the four metal pieces, and its corrosivity to metal is obviously lower than that of the peracetic acid disinfectant.
