水培缺素试验表明,缺氮、缺磷、缺钾、缺钙、缺镁均明显抑制了芥蓝地上部和根的生长,对地上部抑制作用更大,对株高的抑制作用依次递减。各处理对不同生长时期的茎粗影响不同,缺氮对茎粗的抑制作用表现较早,缺镁则较迟。缺氮、缺磷明显抑制叶数增加,缺钾、缺镁对叶数影响不明显。缺微量元素亦抑制了芥蓝地上部和根的生长,对根的抑制作用更大。同时对11 种不同营养元素缺乏症状进行描述,并提出缺素的防治对策
