在金融危机肆虐时期,企业须以变革求生存,将创新人力资源管理作为企业发展的核心推动力。本文利用“解冻—变动—重新冻结”这一组织变革理论,分析企业如何在金融危机这一特殊时期,完成对旧有人力资源管理思想和手段的变革。
In the era of the financial crisis, enterprises must survive with change and take innovative human resources management as the core driving force for business development. This article uses the theory of organizational change such as “thawing-change-re-freezing” to analyze how an enterprise can complete the transformation of the old thought and means of human resource management in the special period of financial crisis.
