2006年临近,杭州市萧山区政府及有关职能部门落实人大代表建议,清理拖欠建筑工程款工作取得了显著成效,目前已完成清欠1.09亿元,占全年清欠总任务的97％。 2005年,萧山区人大常委会多次组织人大代表对清欠工作进行定向视察,并提出要充分认识抓好清欠工作对于规范市场经济秩序、保持社会稳定、促进建筑业和萧山经济健康发展的重要意义,切实加大清欠工作的力度的建议。
Approaching 2006, the Xiaoshan District government and related functional departments in Hangzhou implemented the recommendation of NPC deputies and made remarkable achievements in clearing the arrears of construction work. At present, the project has completed a settlement of 109 million yuan, accounting for 97% of the total annual settlement of arrears. In 2005, the Standing Committee of the Xiaoshan District People's Congress organized deputies to conduct targeted inspections of delinquent work and proposed that we should fully understand the importance of doing a good job in regulating market economy, maintaining social stability, and promoting the healthy development of the construction industry and Xiaoshan Important meaning, and earnestly increase the intensity of debt settlement proposals.
