以Mg、Sr、Nb和Ce四种元素对Al-Si系汽车气缸材料进行微合金化处理,并进行了抗拉强度和断面收缩率测试。结果表明,随着温度的升高,材料的抗拉强度连续下降;温度从250℃增加到400℃时抗拉强度迅速下降;当超过400℃时抗拉强度缓慢下降;材料的低塑性区温度范围为305~418℃,在这一区域,材料的拉伸断口形貌表现为较为明显的沿晶断裂。
Al-Si automotive cylinder materials were micro-alloyed with Mg, Sr, Nb and Ce, and the tensile strength and reduction of area were tested. The results show that with the increase of temperature, the tensile strength of the material decreases continuously. The tensile strength decreases rapidly when the temperature increases from 250 ℃ to 400 ℃. When the temperature exceeds 400 ℃, the tensile strength decreases slowly. The low plastic zone temperature The range of 305 ~ 418 ℃, in this region, the tensile fracture morphology of the material showed more obvious intergranular fracture.
