板式换热器是一种新型、高效热交换装置,具有传热效率高(是传统装置的3~5倍)、结构紧凑、占地少(为传统装置的1/3)、金属耗量少(为传统装置的2/3)、维修拆卸方便等优点。已广泛用于石化、化工、冶金、食品饮料、制药、船舶、纺织造纸、核能、集中供热、海水淡化等工业行业,并呈逐渐取代传统装置之势。但我国目前由于设备、技术的局限,多数板式换热器生产厂没有设计和压制板片的能力,只能采购板片组装。有生产能力的全国仅6家,但最大也只能生产单片换热面积1.3平方米以下,只有一家能真正做到一次成形2.0平方米板片。且这些厂多数集中于黄河以北,广大的华中、华南、中南地区几乎空白。故许多大型项目和重点工程所需大型板式换热器需从国外引进,比如“八、五”规划中所用大型板式换热器国内无法生产。
The plate heat exchanger is a new type, high efficiency heat exchange device, with high heat transfer efficiency (3 to 5 times that of conventional devices), compact structure, small footprint (1/3 of the conventional device), low metal consumption (2/3 of the conventional device), easy maintenance and disassembly. Has been widely used in petrochemical, chemical, metallurgy, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, shipbuilding, textile and paper, nuclear energy, central heating, seawater desalination and other industrial industries, and was gradually replacing the traditional device. However, due to the limitations of equipment and technology in China, most plate heat exchanger manufacturers do not have the ability to design and press plates. They can only purchase plate assemblies. Only 6 of the country have the production capacity, but the largest can only produce a single sheet heat exchange area of 1.3 square meters or less, only one can truly shape a 2.0 square meter sheet. Most of these plants are concentrated in the north of the Yellow River, and the majority of central, southern, and central South regions are almost empty. Therefore, many large-scale projects and key projects require large-scale plate heat exchangers to be imported from abroad. For example, large plate heat exchangers used in the “Eighth and Five” plans cannot be produced domestically.
