采用羰基化合物与羟胺合成路线制备了工业锅炉用水新型除氧剂乙醛肟。红外光谱官能团特征吸收频率的检测结果及熔点的测定数值确证了合成产物。对乙醛肟水中除氧反应的动力学过程进行了研究,采用微分法确定了该反应的级数Β=1;得到了实际应用的4组温度条件下的除氧反应速率常数;根据阿仑尼乌斯公式计算乙醛肟除氧反应的表观活化能E=83.14kJ/mol.
A new oxygen scavenger, acetal oxime, for industrial boiler water was prepared by the synthesis of carbonyl compounds and hydroxylamine. The detection results of the characteristic absorption frequency of the infrared spectrum functional group and the determination of the melting point confirmed the synthesis product. The kinetics of deoxygenation in acetaldehyde oxime water was studied. The order of the reaction was determined by differential method Β = 1. The deoxygenation reaction rate constants were obtained under the four groups of conditions. Nius formula to calculate the apparent activation energy of acetal oxime deoxygenation reaction E = 83.14kJ / mol.
