目的探讨合理的诊治流程在小儿气管、支气管异物临床诊断和治疗中的意义。方法回顾性分析2007年7月至2012年7月间我科收治的319例气管支气管异物患儿的临床资料。所有患儿均按照科室制定的诊治流程进行诊治。结果在全部病例中,314例均取出各种不同异物,约占98.1%;6例未发现异物,占1.9%。无1例死亡。结论合理的诊治流程包括首诊医生详实的病史询问、选择必要合适的相关检查、明确诊断后的及时手术治疗以及术后对症治疗,是使气管异物患儿获得及时有效治疗、避免误诊、漏诊的关键。对家长及看护者的健康教育也在预防气管异物发生中有重要意义。
Objective To explore the significance of reasonable diagnosis and treatment procedure in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pediatric tracheal and bronchial foreign bodies. Methods The clinical data of 319 children with tracheobronchial foreign body admitted in our department from July 2007 to July 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. All children were diagnosed and treated according to departmental diagnosis and treatment procedures. Results In all the cases, a total of 314 foreign bodies were removed, accounting for 98.1%. No foreign body was found in 6 cases, accounting for 1.9%. No one died.
