为了消除因支架搬运车发动机振动而导致的发动机托架及前车架颤动,改善发动机外围附件的疲劳使用寿命,在支架搬运车的前车架和发动机间增加了减震整体托架,并利用ANSYS Workbench对某新型支架搬运车动力总成车架结构进行谐响应分析,对车架的振动进行预测。
In order to eliminate the vibration of the engine bracket and the front frame due to the vibration of the carriage truck and to improve the fatigue life of the accessories of the engine, an integral bracket for damping is added between the front frame and the engine of the carriage truck, ANSYS Workbench performs a harmonic response analysis of the powertrain frame structure of a new type of pallet truck and predicts the vibration of the frame.
