本文提出了评定减速器热承载能力的两个指标:由减速器系统平均极限温度限定的第一热功率P_(1T)和由轮齿表面抗胶合的极限温度限定的第二热功率P_(2T),建立了圆柱齿轮减速器两类热功率的相应计算方法,对于变载、间歇、变功率等特殊工况下运行的减速器,提出了用减速器系统各载荷作用段的平均效率及系统最终温升所确定的当量热功P_(1)TD作为其热承载能力的判据,当p_(1TD)≤P_(1T)时,减速器是热安全的。
