企业文化的生命力源自于个性的张扬,不同的企业孕育着不同的企业文化,抓住了不同点就是抓住了要害和关键。抚顺石化素有中国炼油工业的摇篮之称,其下属的石油一厂也享有共和国第一炼厂的美誉,至今已有80年多年的历史,进而也形成独特而淳厚的企业文化。从企业长期的企业文化建设实践过程中我体会到,企业文化建设的切入点以及方式方法多种多样,但有一点必须要有清醒的认识,那就是悠久的企业历史,深厚的文化底蕴,是企业宝贵的精神财富,更是我们开展企业文化建设可资利用的重要资源。一、企业历史是企业文化建设的根基和重要组成内容首先,企业历史是企业文化应有的题中之义。企业文化源 The vitality of corporate culture comes from the individuality of publicity, different companies have different corporate culture, to seize the difference is to seize the key and the key.
