文中建立了某轿车及可变形移动壁障的侧面碰撞有限元模型。采用计算机仿真方法,通过与标准要求及实验数据对比,验证了模型的有效性。结合有限元分析软件LS-DYNA及多刚体动力学分析软件MADYMO,按照GB20071-2006标准要求进行了侧面碰撞仿真,得到其碰撞变形形式、假人损伤指标值,并按照标准要求进行了分析和评价。针对该车型在侧面碰撞时的不足,研究了改进侧面碰撞安全性能的有效措施。结果表明,提高B柱、车门刚性及对地板结构进行合理设计可以明显降低乘员在侧面碰撞过程中的损伤参数值,从而改进轿车的侧面碰撞安全性。
In this paper, a finite element model of side impact of a car and a deformable mobile barrier is established. The computer simulation method is used to verify the validity of the model by comparing with the standard requirements and experimental data. Combined with finite element analysis software LS-DYNA and multi-body dynamics analysis software MADYMO, the side collision simulation was carried out according to the requirements of GB20071-2006 standard, and the collision deformation forms and dummy injury index values were obtained and analyzed and evaluated according to the standard requirements . Aiming at the deficiency of this model in side collision, the effective measures to improve the safety of side collision are studied. The results show that improving the rigidity of the B-pillar, the rigidity of the door and the rational design of the floor structure can obviously reduce the damage parameter value of the occupant during the side impact, thereby improving the side-crash safety of the car.
