作为全面预算工作重要组成部分的财务预算工作,对大型石油国企来说意义重大。当前,大型石油国企已经创建了一套与我国国情、市场经济相适应的管理体系,该管理体系以预算管理为中心,取得了良好的成效,然而由于市场环境的不稳定、石油业务的不断拓展,这些制度还存在一些问题。本文主要就大型石油国企财务预算问题进行了分析与探讨。
