目的:建立款冬花的高效毛细管电泳(HPCE)指纹图谱,为款冬花的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用未涂层毛细管柱(75μm×57 cm,有效长度50 cm)为分离通道,以30 mmol.L-1硼砂(含甲醇25%,pH 8.8)溶液为背景电解质,分离电压20 kV,检测波长214 nm,柱温25℃。结果:测定了15批款冬花药材的高效毛细管电泳指纹图谱,确定了26个共有峰并指认了6个峰。结论:该方法操作简单、准确可靠,为科学评价款冬花药材的质量提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) fingerprint of Coltsfoot flower to provide basis for the quality control of coltsfoot flower. Methods: Uncoated capillary column (75 μm × 57 cm, effective length 50 cm) was used as the separation channel, and 30 mmol·L-1 borax (containing 25% methanol and pH 8.8) Detection wavelength 214 nm, column temperature 25 ℃. Results: High performance capillary electrophoresis fingerprinting was performed on 15 batches of winter flower medicinal materials, 26 common peaks were identified and 6 peaks were identified. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and provides a scientific basis for the scientific evaluation of the quality of Colletotrichum.
