根据混凝土平板预制构件长线台座法生产经验,生产线最佳长度为120 m,结合CRTSⅡ型轨道板特点提出了42块CRTSⅡ型轨道板生产线设计方案,建立有限元模型进行了受力计算,开展了张拉台座设计;对42块轨道板生产线张拉和放张时模板位移、回弹、预应力和摩阻力损失、张拉梁中间挠度等进行了探讨;研究了2×42一场两线布置的轨道板场生产组织。
According to the production experience of concrete slab prefabricated long-line pedestal method, the optimal length of the production line is 120 m. Based on the characteristics of CRTS Ⅱ track plate, 42 CRTS Ⅱ track plate production lines are designed. The finite element model is established and subjected to force calculation.
