作者分析了1969～1971年间膀胱癌手术切除标本共49例(男38,女11),年龄40～85岁(平均62.1岁),84％有吸咽史,73％术前用过化疗或放疗。移行细胞癌43例(病理Ⅱ级12例,Ⅲ级18例,Ⅳ级13例),鳞状细胞癌6例。按肿瘤形态有乳头状20例,实体形27例,混合形2例。镜下形态乳头状18例,实体状24例,混合形3例,另4例为多发性肿瘤,具有两种类型。
The authors analyzed 49 cases (38 males and 11 females) aged 40 to 85 years (average 62.1 years) of surgical specimens of bladder cancer between 1969 and 1971, 84% had a history of suction, and 73% used chemotherapy or radiotherapy before surgery. . There were 43 cases of transitional cell carcinoma (12 cases of pathological grade II, 18 cases of grade III, 13 cases of grade IV), and 6 cases of squamous cell carcinoma. According to the tumor morphology, there were 20 cases of papillary, 27 cases of solid, and 2 cases of mixed shape. There were 18 cases of microscopic papillary morphology, 24 cases of solid shape, 3 cases of mixed shape, and 4 cases of multiple tumors, with two types.
