以北京为案例,系统地研究城市交通系统与城市高密度功能区的互动影响关系。提出政府在规划设计城市交通系统和功能区的同时必须充分考虑两者的互动协调关系,才能使城市交通满足功能区的出行需求并为功能区的发展带来正外部性。
Taking Beijing as an example, this paper systematically studies the interaction between urban transport system and urban high-density functional areas. It is suggested that the government should give full consideration to the interaction and coordination between the transportation system and functional area in order to make the urban transportation meet the travel demand of functional area and bring the positive externalities to the development of functional area.
