文中报告１９８８年以来经乙状窦后显微血管减压术治疗耳鸣１６例。术中均见有血管袢压迫第ＶＩＩＩ颅神经。１６例术后耳鸣均消失，随访１～５年无复发。
Reported from 1988 after the sigmoid sinus microvascular decompression in the treatment of tinnitus in 16 cases. Intraoperative blood vessels were found to suppress the first cranial nerve VIII. 16 cases of postoperative tinnitus disappeared, followed up for 1 to 5 years without recurrence.
