路桥施工企业生产具有生产的流动性、不间断性及露天作业的特征,企业员工的工作生活环境较为艰苦,企业建立激励机制的要求更为迫切。针对路桥施工企业员工激励机制的构建问题,企业首先要在制度层面建立科学、公正的激励机制,实行针对性的差别激励,协调好物质激励与精神激励间的联系,加强企业文化建设,最终完善好路桥施工企业的激励机制建设。
