“干干湿湿”的黑木耳水分管理方法,是湖北省耳农在实践中总结出来的宝贵经验。具体做法是:摘耳后要晒耳场,一般晒7~10天,其增产效果显著。为了探明“干干湿湿”的道理,我们通过四年多的实践,初步了解到由于菌丝体生长与子实体发育对水分的要求不同。所以应给予不同的水分管理。我们采取了“干干湿湿”的水分管理后,78年黑木耳平均单产由原来不到1斤上升到1.25斤,79年达2.27斤,
“Dry wet” black fungus moisture management methods, ear farming in Hubei Province in practice summed up the valuable experience.
