采用Grifing方法Ⅰ,利用6×6完全双列杂交对冬小麦抗旱性遗传背景进行了研究。结果表明,抗旱性的一般配合力效应、特殊配合力效应和反交效应均达极显著的水平,其均方比为1.6301.0211;抗旱性遗传背景是由加性基因、非加性基因和细胞质基因共同构成;基因的加性效应对后代抗旱性的提高因亲本和组合而异,抗旱性的遗传背景中存在着母体效应;抗旱性的广义遗传力为76.10%,而狭义遗传力则为17.51%;各亲本抗旱性对后代传递的整齐度以亲本晋麦33号较好。
The genetic background of drought resistance in winter wheat was studied by using Grifing method Ⅰ and 6 × 6 complete diallel cross. The results showed that the general combining ability, special combining ability and anti-cross effect of drought resistance reached the extremely significant level, with a mean square ratio of 1.6301.0211. The genetic background of drought resistance was composed of additive gene, non-additive Gene and cytoplasmic genes together constitute; gene additive effects on the offspring of drought resistance increase due to the parents and combinations vary, the genetic background of drought resistance maternal effect exists; drought resistance of the broad sense of heritability was 76.10%, while the narrow sense The heritability was 17.51%. The drought resistance of the parents was better than that of the native Jinmai 33 on the uniformity of descendants.
