内毒素是革兰氏阴性菌的主要致病物质,抗生素对革兰氏阴性菌释放游离内毒素(FLPS)的作用如何,可能影响其临床疗效。本文以微孔过滤和鲎试剂偶氮显色法定量测定头孢他啶、亚胺培南在体外与铜绿假单胞菌共同培养,其杀菌滤液中游离内毒素含量。结果表明,在一定药物浓度和作用时间,头孢他啶引起铜绿假单胞菌释放游离内毒素的水平明显高于亚胺培南和无抗生素对照组。结果提示,不同抗生素引起革兰氏阴性菌释放游离内毒素的差异应引起重视并做进一步研究。
Endotoxin is the main causative substance of Gram-negative bacteria. The effect of antibiotics on the release of free endotoxin (FLPS) by Gram-negative bacteria may affect their clinical efficacy. In this paper, the determination of ceftazidime by microporous filtration and azo reagent chromogenic reagent, imipenem co-cultured with Pseudomonas aeruginosa in vitro, the free endotoxin content in the filtrate. The results showed that at a certain drug concentration and time, ceftazidime induced Pseudomonas aeruginosa free endotoxin levels were significantly higher than imipenem and no antibiotics control group. The results suggest that different antibiotics caused by gram-negative bacteria release of free endotoxin difference should be taken and further study.
