目的:用大鼠放烧复合伤模型观察碘伏与本妥因(PHT)局部单用与伍用的抗感染和促愈效果。方法:复制大鼠15%Ⅱ度烧伤和4Gy60Coγ辐照复合15%Ⅲ度烧伤的损伤模型,观察不同给药方案治疗后30d存活率、创面残留率、创面感染率、肉芽组织蛋白与羟脯氨酸含量以及血管生成等指标变化。结果:碘伏单用和与PHT伍用在两种损伤均显示显著的抗感染作用和促愈作用,创面感染率、组织菌量30d创面残留率均低于对照组,而肉芽组织蛋白、羟脯氨酸含量及血管密度计数用药后7~24d两种损伤模型相继高于对照组。两药伍用未见拮抗效应,而且无论是抗感染还是促愈效果均优于单用。PHT促进蛋白、羟脯氨酸的合成代谢与促血管形成作用可能是其促愈效应的生化和形态学基础。结论:碘伏与PHT局部伍用可起抗感染和促进创面愈合的良好作用。用于放烧复会伤的治疗有重要的搭在应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the anti-infective and anti-infective effects of single-dose and combination of iodophor and thentofine (PHT) in rat model of burn-burn combined injury. Methods: The injury model of 15% Ⅲ degree burns in 15% of second degree burns and 4Gy60Coγ irradiation rats were duplicated. The survival rate, wound residual rate, wound infection rate, granulation tissue protein and hydroxyproline Acid content and angiogenesis and other indicators change. Results: Both iodophor and PHT showed significant anti-infective and healing effects on both the wounds. The wound infection rate and the residual rate of wounds after 30 days were lower than those of the control group, while granulation tissue protein, Proline content and vascular density count after 7 ~ 24d two injury models were higher than the control group. Two drug use no antagonistic effect, and whether it is anti-infective or cure effect are better than single use. PHT promote protein, hydroxyproline anabolic and angiogenic effect may be its promoting effect of the biochemical and morphological basis. Conclusion: The combination of iodophor and PHT can effectively prevent infection and promote wound healing. For burning and healing will have an important treatment in the application value.
