高本汉中古汉语音系对声调未作具体拟值,惟猜测舒收三调:平为横调,上为升调,去为降调,入为促收调。但上既然为升,唐中期为何浊上并去?本文从传统记录证明上声短升、去声长降的合理,又指出温州上声短升调有强调式升降调,故浊上24赵元任记241,永康浊去有24、241自由变读,结合日本所传唐代四声惟正浊上24、浊去341正相似,即以此等现象解释浊上变去产生的机制。
