彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)是80年代以来发展起来的新技术。本文旨在通过这一新技术的应用,探讨其在肝脏常见肿瘤(原发性肝癌、转移性肝癌和肝血管瘤)中的鉴别诊断价值。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 本组34例肝实质性占位病变均为我院近年住院或门诊病人。男25例,女9例。年龄35～76岁。所有病例经手术、病理或其它检查方法(CT、MRI)等证实。
Color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) is a new technology developed since the 1980s. This article aims to explore the differential diagnostic value of this new technique in liver common tumors (primary liver cancer, metastatic liver cancer and hepatic hemangiomas). 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information In this group of 34 cases of liver mass lesions were hospitalized or outpatients in our hospital in recent years. There were 25 males and 9 females. Age 35 to 76 years old. All cases were confirmed by surgery, pathology or other examination methods (CT, MRI).
