精细化管理在基层医院手术室管理中的应用

目的:探讨精细化管理在基层医院手术室管理中的应用,并分析其产生的效果。方法:随机选取2012年1月~2012年12月我基层医院未采用手术室精细化管理的两年间和在2013年1月~2013年12月采用手术室精细化管理的两年间各100名在我院实施手术的患者资料,对这些患者资料进行分析,分别统计出患者的感染例数和发生过医疗纠纷的例数。并对这些患者进行走访,做对手术室管理满意度的问卷调查。结果:未采取手术室精细化管理的一年间,患者的感染例数为8例,感染的发生率为8.0%,医疗纠纷事件有3例,患者对手术室管理的满意度为85.0%;采取精细化管理的一年间,患者的感染例数有3例,感染的发生率为3.0%,医疗纠纷事件有0例,患者对手术室管理的满意度为93.0%。结论:结果表明,将精细化管理应用于基层医院的手术室管理中,能够有效减少感染率和医疗纠纷事件的发生,提高患者对医院的满意度。 Objective: To explore the application of meticulous management in operation room management in primary hospitals and to analyze its effect. Methods: Randomly selected from January 2012 to December 2012 my grass-roots hospital operating room did not use the fine management of two years and in January 2013 ~ December 2013 using the operating room refined management of the two years of 100 The data of patients who underwent surgery in our hospital were analyzed. The data of these patients were analyzed, and the number of cases of infection and the number of cases of medical disputes were counted respectively. Visits were made to these patients and questionnaires on operating room management satisfaction were obtained. Results: In the one year without fine management of operating room, the number of patients infected was 8, the incidence of infection was 8.0%, the number of medical disputes was 3, and the satisfaction of operating room management was 85.0% During the year of intensive management, there were 3 cases of infection, 3.0% of infections, 0 cases of medical disputes, and 93.0% of patients were satisfied with operating room management. Conclusion: The results show that the application of meticulous management in the operating room management of primary hospitals can effectively reduce the incidence of infection and medical disputes, and improve patient satisfaction with the hospital.
