一、前言粉末冶金热锻实际上是将传统的粉末冶金工艺和精密模锻相结合的一种新工艺。由于它克服了普通粉末冶金零件密度低的缺陷,提高了强度和韧性,因而是现代粉末冶金技术最新和最重要的发展。铁基粉末热锻研究始于四十年代。当时,德国和美国开始了有关铁粉热锻的研究。五十年代后期,开始发展粉末热锻工艺。六十年代,逐步形成粉末热锻生产线。七十年代,铁基粉末热锻进入迅速发展的阶段。
I. Introduction Hot forging powder metallurgy is actually a combination of traditional powder metallurgy and precision die forging a new technology.
