桂林市某办公楼由于使用需要,按现行设计规范先对原结构进行直接增层加固改造设计。在尽量保留原结构的基础上,基础、梁和柱采用加大截面法,墙体采用增设壁柱法,并在原坡屋顶上增设新的结构层作为办公室楼面。通过对上述过程的设计分析,介绍了一些有效的方法,可供同类建筑加固改造参考。 For an office building in Guilin City, due to the needs of use, the original structure was directly added to the existing structure to reinforce the design. On the basis of preserving the original structure as much as possible, the foundation, beam and column are enlarged, and the wall body is an additional wall column method. A new structural layer is added to the original slope roof as the office floor. Through the design analysis of the above process, some effective methods are introduced, which can be used for the reference of reinforcement of similar buildings.
