目的探讨早期康复训练对脑梗死患者神经功能及脑血流的影响。方法 100例脑梗死患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。两组患者均给予相同的药物治疗,观察组患者在病情稳定情况下尽早实施康复训练,患者从发病到开始实施康复训练时间<3 d。对照组患者病情稳定后,从发病到实施康复训练时间>3 d。采用全脑血管彩色多普勒超声仪对两组患者治疗前和治疗30 d的脑血流情况进行测定,测定患者的大脑前动脉和大脑中动脉的血流速度。结果治疗30 d后,观察组的大脑中动脉和大脑前动脉血流速度与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的神经功能缺损评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期对脑梗死患者实施康复训练有助于改善其脑血流,尽早恢复脑功能,效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effects of early rehabilitation training on neurological function and cerebral blood flow in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases each. Two groups of patients were given the same drug treatment, observation group patients in the stable condition as soon as possible to implement rehabilitation training, patients from the onset to the beginning of rehabilitation training time <3 d. Control group patients in stable condition, from the onset to the implementation of rehabilitation training time> 3 d. Cerebral blood flow was measured before treatment and 30 days after treatment by whole-vessel color Doppler sonography, and the blood flow velocity in the anterior cerebral artery and middle cerebral artery were measured. Results After 30 days of treatment, the blood flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery and the anterior cerebral artery in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the neurological deficit scores of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation training for patients with cerebral infarction helps to improve cerebral blood flow, and resume brain function as soon as possible, with a significant effect.
