目的以262名2~7岁儿童为对象,通过对儿童膳食中补充骨泥肉系列食品的干预措施,以观察对儿童营养状况的改善效果。方法,每日给实验组儿童增加10%骨泥肉食品50g,可补充200mg钙,100mg磷。三月后观察和比较实验前后膳食营养水平,体格检查及生化检验指标。结果实验儿童的膳食营养得到调整,特别提高了钙、磷的摄入水平,A、C组钙的摄入分别由实验前的9.08mg/100ml、8.88mg/100ml上升到9.65mg/100ml、9.73mg/100ml(P<0.01);实验后身高、体重明显高于实验前,也明显高于对照组儿童。结论补充骨泥肉食品后,儿童营养状况得到显著改善,身体素质提高,大力开发和推广食用骨泥肉系列食品具有良好社会效益和经济效益。
Objective To investigate the effect of improving the nutritional status of children through the intervention of 262 children aged 2 ~ 7 years old supplemented with a series of bone and mud meat foods. Method, the experimental group of children increased by 10% bone and flesh meat 50g, 200mg calcium supplement, 100mg phosphorus. After March, the level of dietary nutrition, physical examination and biochemical test were observed and compared before and after the experiment. Results The dietary nutrition of children was adjusted and the intake of calcium and phosphorus was especially increased. The intake of calcium in groups A and C increased from 9.08mg / 100ml and 8.88mg / 100ml to 9.65mg / 100ml and 9.73 mg / 100ml (P <0.01). The height and body weight of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group before and after the experiment. Conclusion Supplemented bone and mud meat products, children’s nutritional status has been significantly improved, improve physical fitness, vigorously develop and promote consumption of bone and mud series of food has good social and economic benefits.
